again, we have a new delivery for search and rescue! our very well friend, patrick larson, has provided us with a masterpiece of his helicopter technique. the ch-46 is not only a bulletproof workhorse, but carries two winches for carriage of heavy load such as vehicles and evac gear. deploment to rosinante carriers is obligate.

up to now we have been testing basic flight behavior. this heli is a little different to fly from others you might have had in sl. but after getting into the flow, you really will like it.

yes, it has two counter rotors who provide enough power to this helicopter to lift the heavy load. you dont want to ride that baby all too fast, better enjoy the art of flying like a bumblebee..

a look into the cockpit shows how much detail this helicopter has. i espeially recommend the mouselook, because the view from inside the cockpit is breathtaking due to its transparent nose.

we will continue testing that heli under severe conditions, especially in nightflight and high altitude. so far i can expertise that the steering is very precise, and even landing on small spots can be done by beginners.
